Frisee, Gorgonzola & Apple Salad

Ingredients:
3 cups frisée lettuce
1 apple, sliced
2 Tbsp. gorgonzola (or other blue cheese) crumbled
1 shallot, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. MISSION EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 Tbsp. WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk the olive oil and vinegar together and season to taste with salt and pepper. When ready to serve, toss the salad with the dressing.
