Lemongrass Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
• 2 teaspoons, sea salt
• 1 teaspoon, sugar
• 2 teaspoons, fresh garlic - finely minced
• 6 tablespoons Epicurean Lemongrass Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•
• 3 cups, micro salad greens
• freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
In medium size salad bowl combine salt, sugar, garlic and Epicurean Lemongrass Vinegar.
1. Whisk until salt dissolves completely
2. Add micro-green
3. Add Epicurean Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss
4. Finish with pepper and plate
