• 1 head of iceberg lettuce
• 1 C. fresh strawberries, chopped into 1/2″ pieces
• 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 C. chopped, fresh green onion
• 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese (goat cheese, or blue cheese are equally as good)
• 1/2 C. chopped pecans
• 1 T. honey
• 4 T. or Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 T. Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
