2 lbs of Ground Beef or Turkey
1 tablespoon Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large onion chopped
1 Tsp minced garlic
1 small head of cabbage...chopped
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 Cup water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Epicurean Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
1 tsp greek seasoning ( Optional )

In a large pan heat Epicurean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil... add your meat and onions...cook till no longer pink...add garlic...cook add'l min.
Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, greek seasoning, Epicurean Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and water...bring to a boil...cover and simmer for 20 to 30 min...or until cabbage is tender
