Yogurt Cumin Sauce
Serves:
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs. Tahini
2 Tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
¾ tsp ground cumin
2 Tbs. Epicurean Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Epicurean’s French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix together yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and Epicurean Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Drizzle over grilled vegetables, fish, chicken or use as a dipping sauce.
Season with fresh ground pepper and Epicurean’s French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
